While the term “hentai” is used extensively in the West and in Russia, other terms are used in Japan, such as juhati-kin, which prohibits entrance after turning 18 years old.
It was created by a culture-specific view of aesthetics and sexuality that emerged from Japanese history, as well as some legal and economic realities that shaped the culture.
